Most owners operate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with Wednesdays and Sundays off. Merchandising/restocking may be necessary on non-delivery days during busier weeks and that work can be outsourced if the owner is interested in doing that.

GROSS EARNINGS/COMMISSIONS
