This is a Brooklyn based bread route which operates two days per week.  The product warehouse is also conveniently located in Brooklyn.  Accounts are protected by the bakery and expansion/growth opportunities are unlimited.

The current owner operates this route Monday and Thursday although this is flexible and can be adjusted by a new owner. There are currently 25 accounts that average around $2,000 per week in sales volume. The owner is compensated at 35% commission which creates a gross weekly income of $700/week. After expenses are considered the net income is $500/week or $26,000/year.  This is with the route only being operated two days per week…if someone grows this to a four day route then they should make $50,000+

New products are being added including Panera branded products and WIC approved items.  This should improve the value of the route as well.  Training will be provided by the current owner.  No vehicle in this deal although the route can be operated from a box truck, trailer or large delivery van.

This business consists of six (6) Grow G2 Healthy Vending machines at locations in the Plano, Allen and The Colony areas.  Machines do have card reader capabilities, online inventory and sales monitoring and other features.  These are top of the line machines that can cost $7,500+ when purchased new.

Monthly sales for the last 12 months average out at $1,093 per month.  After expenses the owner is left with a monthly net profit of approximately $650.  For annual figures the route is generating approximately $13,100 in gross sales and $7,800 in net income.

The route currently takes approximately five hours per week total. The schedule is extremely flexible and a new owner could easily service these accounts in one day.  Machines are protected with a 45 day cancellation clause.  Locations would need to provide that 45 day notice before having the machines relocated.  One of the machines is in a very low volume location and the route would grow significantly if that machine were relocated to even an average volume account.
