The owner services 30 vending machines at seven (7) accounts in the area. These accounts are contracted and protected. Three (3) additional machines, a delivery van, and any other necessary equipment will also be included. Pre-COVID this route averaged approximately $5,600 per week in sales volume. WHAT ARE THE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROUTE OWNER?

The route owner is responsible for servicing their customer base and ensuring that the vending machines are well stocked and maintained for the consumer. Route owners will order, deliver and stock product accordingly. The current owner estimates an average of approximately 30 hours of service time per week with some weeks/months only requiring 15 hours per week and others 40 hours per week. The work required just depends on sales volume on the route which can vary depending on weather, sports events, summer camps, etc.

GROSS EARNINGS/COMMISSIONS

Before COVID the route was averaging around $5,600 per week in sales and is currently averaging approximately $2,500 per week. Once these accounts are operating as normal the sales volume on the route will increase significantly. The sales volume can be confirmed through sales reports/invoices. Sales reports and other information can be provided once we receive an NDA submission.

OPERATING COSTS

Typical expenses include cost of goods sold, fuel/gas, and vending equipment maintenance. The current owner estimates $3,700 per week in route operating expenses when running at pre-COVID volume and $1,300 per week with current COVID precautions, shutdowns, etc.. Operating costs will vary from owner to owner depending on a variety of factors.

GROWTH POTENTIAL

The owner can add new accounts as they see fit. There really is no growth limits for a vending route. If you are motivated and want to find/secure new accounts then you are certainly free to do so. Three unplaced vending machines are included with this route and could be used for immediate expansion opportunities.

FINANCING

No owner or company financing is available. Third party funding may be available for qualified buyers (680+ credit score, clean credit history, etc)

Ford Transit 250 cargo delivery van, 33 vending machines, pallet jacket, shelving, hand carts/dollies, misc replacement parts, etc.

TRAINING

The current owner has agreed to provide at least two weeks of training to the buyer.

SCHEDULE

The route owner simply needs to make sure that their customers are taken care of, inventory is being managed properly, and sales are being maximized. Sales volume varies from week to week and month to month. Most weeks require approximately 30 hours of week with flexibility on days/hours.
